At Revolve Nails, we offer a flexible refund policy so you can get your items refunded hassle-free.
We'll issue a refund for your order once we receive it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return.
Note: Final sale items (nail sets 4.99 and below) cannot be eligible for a refund.
If you meet the above requirements, follow the steps listed below to issue a return:
1. Pack the unopened item(s) to return into a box or bag of your choice.
2. Include a copy of your invoice, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order. Please also write why you'd like to return the items.
3. Ship to our returns address (included below) with the shipper of your choice. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping fees. Affordable shipping options are available at your local post office.
4. After we receive your item and your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
